Refund policy

Hopefully you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if that is not the case, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

- Items must be returned in unused, saleable condition in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Returned items must be well-packaged to prevent damage during return shipment. Inkello is not responsible for such damage.

- Ship them back to the address on the package return label, along with your order information. Inkello is not responsible for the cost to ship items back. Please use a type of service with a tracking number so you can verify the package has arrived. Inkello is not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.

- Upon arrival, the items will be inspected to verify they are still in saleable condition, at which time a refund will be issued, minus the original shipping cost.

- Custom-printed orders, including personalized items, are not returnable.
