Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted through Shopify Payments. You may also use PayPal.
How long does it take before an order is shipped?
Orders that don't require personalization are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. For personalized (customized) items, please allow 4 to 5 business days. If I expect a delay, I will contact you. Please make sure your email address is correct during checkout, and that you provide a phone number in case I have questions about your order.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. The tracking number for your shipment will be available in the email. You may also check the status of your order by logging in to your account at the top of the page.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated on the shopping cart page during checkout based on your order. Domestic shipping is available using the U.S. Postal Service or UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, outside of the United States, we ship to Canada and Mexico. Choose your country from the drop-down menu during checkout, and the shipping charges will be calculated and added to your total. The customer is responsible for any customs or import duties on internationally shipped items. International shipping is available using the United States Postal Service or DHL Express.
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! The studio is located at 840 Delaware Street, Suite 4 in Lawrence, Kansas. To arrange a pick-up time, please contact Christy here.
Shipping Addresses in PayPal
Please make sure your ship-to address while checking out through PayPal is correct. Packages cannot be shipped to an alternate address which isn't listed with your order in PayPal. For instance, I cannot ship to a different address which is emailed to me after a transaction has been completed. I can only ship to the address on your order shown in PayPal. This is to comply with PayPal buyer and seller protection policies.
Currency and Sales Tax
All prices are in U.S. dollars. To see approximate currency conversions, choose your country from the drop down menu at the top of the page. Kansas residents: there is sales tax on all orders placed in the state of Kansas, including shipping costs.
Gift Orders
If your order is a gift, you may enter a special message in the optional "Gift Message" text box on the "Your cart" page and I will include it with a small gift card in the package to the recipient. If you would also like me to gift-wrap your order ($3.00 USD), please tick the box on that page as well. Packing slips or invoices are not included with gift orders.
Additional Instructions
If there is anything else you'd like to tell me about your order, please write me a note in the “Additional notes about your order:” box on the “Your cart” page and I will do my best to accommodate your request. You may also send me a message here if needed.
Safety Notice
Caution: Some items contain small parts such as beads, eyelets, buttons, staples, brads, or other small pieces which can pose a choking hazard if detached. Keep away from small children and pets. The items for sale on this website are not intended for children under 13 years of age.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy and security are of utmost importance. Your personal information and order history will never be sold to a third party. Payments are securely processed through either Shopify Payments or PayPal . For complete Privacy Policy, please visit this page.
Return Policy
I hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if that is not the case, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in unused, saleable condition in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Returned items must be well-packaged to prevent damage during return shipment. Inkello® is not responsible for such damage.
- Ship them back to the address on the package return label, along with your order information. Inkello® is not responsible for the cost to ship items back. Please use a type of service with a tracking number so you can verify the package has arrived. Inkello® is not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.
- Upon arrival, the items will be inspected to verify they are still in saleable condition, at which time a refund will be issued, minus the original shipping cost.
- Custom-printed orders, including personalized items, are not returnable.
Do you sell your items wholesale?
Yes! You can purchase most of my items via my Faire store here. If you would prefer to buy from me directly, please contact me to set up a wholesale account.
